wonderful stay!
clean roomquiet nights
the room was quite spacious. it had a balcony facing the street, which i liked. the room was very clean and quiet at night. i greatly appreciated the quiet nights!!!

The administrator let me check in early, a great help after my long flight. the staff helped with questions. Everyone was kind. i easily reached the sights on foot! the room was big.
the room could have been cleaned better. i noticed the floor was not vacuumed well.

I was a bit disappointed . the room i booked mentioned soundproofing, but it wasn't effective at all. i could hear everything from the street and other guests. It made it very difficult to sleep (even with earplugs!). also, the water in the sink was often too hot. It was hard to get any cold water.

The staff was fantastic and always checked to see if I needed anything. This great value for money and good location. All of the tourist sites were within a reasonable walking distance, about 30 minutes.
The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. It would be good to have better lighting or security measures to, especially when returning late.

The hostel is near the famous Bazar. It is less than 10 minutes from the tram, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

The staff was genuinely caring! mr hakan was helpful . I really appreciated his assistance. i found the hotel very very comfy and tidy. the location was convenient. Many sights were within walking distance, and i appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shops.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak. It sometimes dropped.
